Management and Referral System (MARS)

MedFusion provides a solution specific case management system called MARS. This is our the ISO 27002 Certified Management and Referral System.

MedFusion manages cases, or referrals as they are known in MARS, through a workflow specific to each line of business and the patient program. The systems provides electronic reporting of Adverse Events (AE) together with the ability to reconcile the reporting status of every AE incident including audit trails. MedFusion provides case management services as well as customer relationship management, call centre, and business intelligence reports.

Our systems provides secure access for a number of classes of users such as nurses, advisors, administrators, and pharmaceutical companies, each with a specific user profile and set of permissions to relevant functions of the system.

MedFusion's systems also provides capabilities for scheduling of resources based on specific business rules including resource skills, personal preference and geographical location, calendaring, referral progress tracking, auditing as well as standard KPI and ad-hoc reporting.
